The Victor Harbor RSL Sub-Branch was pleased to be presented with a certificate recently to honour its Centenary which was marked on 21 January 2019. The certificate, from the Premier of South Australia, Steven Marshall, was presented by the Member for Finniss, David Basham, at a ceremony at the Victor Harbor Roos Club.
