The VHRSL would like to extend to all of the Mum's a very Happy Mother's Day. We thank Mother's for the support given to our serving members, the children of those members, and the ongoing support to the Veteran's and the children of those Veteran's. Being a parent is hard enough, and for many Defence Mum's that are far from family support and in isolated regions or experiencing separation due to service reasons things can be difficult, one day of thanks isn't enough. For those that care for a Veteran and deal with the scars and injuries of past service things can be incredibly tough at times, one day of thanks isn't enough. We thank you for your service, that gratitude extends to every day of the year.
