On Friday 4th December 2020, the Victor Harbor RSL held its Christmas Dinner at the Roos Club, during the evening the RSL presented the RSB Operation K9 Program and cheque for $6500 which was raised during Veteran’s Health Week 24th October 2020 to 1st November 2020.
The RSL held an annual Walk 4 PTSD on the 24th October 2020 from Soldiers Memorial Reserve to Kent Reserve and return to raise awareness and to assist with fundraising for the Operation K9 program, training dogs to support veterans dealing with PTSD.
On 31st October 2020 the RSL held the Australian Army Band (Adelaide) Concert and Dinner at the Roos Club. As a result of both of these events the RSL raised a great deal of money, approximately $3500 more than last year.
