Victor Harbor RSL welcomes you
The Victor Harbor RSL Sub-Branch is located at The Roos Club in the grounds of Victor Harbor High School (corner of George Main and Bay Roads) Victor Harbor (opposite the City of Victor Harbor). The Roos Club is a shared use facility with the Victor Harbor Football Club and was opened in 2019.
The RSL (Returned and Services League) aims to ensure programs are in place for the well-being, care, compensation and commemoration of serving and ex-service Defence Force members and their dependents; and to promote government and community awareness of the need for a secure, stable and progressive Australia.
We further this mission by offering a range of social activities for not only veterans and their families, but also non-service people who support the aims and objectives of the organisation. You don’t have to have served, or be serving in a Defence Force service to be a member. A range of other membership options are available.
Wednesdays – From 1pm. Social afternoon for members and visiting guests. Bar open, afternoon tea, friendly chat and the odd game of snooker. Meals from 6.30pm, but bookings are essential.
Fridays – From 4pm. All visitors and potential members welcome.
Sundays – The clubrooms are open on the third Sunday of each month for the Roos Acoustic Music Sessions from 2-5pm and at other times as advertised.
We also have a range of regular events including 8-ball, monthly dinners and women’s auxiliary functions.
